Eid Treat.
I love Eid so much, you love Eid and we all love Eid.
There is just something beautiful about the Eids we are blessed to celebrate in Islam. I could go all day rambling but you get me. Any ways, Eid-Ul-Adha is my personal favourite because we all celebrate the same day and you know those annoying people don't disrupt it, except they are celebrating something else two days after Arafah Day.
Any ways I have a little sweet treat for Eid, something that can serve as both an appetiser and as part of a main meal.
All up to how you feel!
Ingredients-
Six chicken sausages.
A packet of toothpicks.
Half a bowl of olive oil (Small bowl).
Curry to taste.
Black pepper to taste.
Dried Thyme to taste.
Dried Parsley to taste.
A jar of Olives.
Some cheese.
Method-
Fill the bowl of olive oil with some curry, black pepper, dried thyme, dried parsley and gently stir till flavours and seasoning infuse.
Slice sausages in styles that work for you, I went for the slanted style.
Mix the sausages in oil marinade and gently stir till the sausages are coated in the marinade.
Gently fry sausages on medium heat.
Slice cheese into thin lines and slice olives as well.
Wrap cheese lines around sausages, pierce with toothpicks and push olives down on it.
Now before this, you can place cheese wrapped sausages in a microwave for a minute and get out before piercing with toothpicks and olives.
Voila, a simple yummy snack is ready for your guests.
I hope this was useful and you enjoy this.
Eid Mubarak from me to you xx.
